Step 1: Initial Meeting
Just as every job begins with an interview, it’s important for the future homeowner to meet with the builder for an initial meeting. This is where we will have frank conversations about your needs, desires and budget. It’s been our experience that good communication is the key to getting the home you’ve always dreamed of.

Step 2: Designs
Every great house begins with a great set of plans. As every new custom home is as unique as its owner is, stock plans are of limited use. If you don’t already have plans that have caught your eye, we have an architect that can reasonably design the plans that can capture your imagination. Plans bring your dreams into focus and we can walk through every room to make sure it is going to do what you want it to do. Changes are easy and can often be done in the meeting. Regardless, plans are the blueprints of your future.
Step 3: Site Review
Building a great home means positioning it properly on the lot. To do this, we will meet with you and walk the lot to help make informed decisions on the placement of the house.
Step 4: Construction
This is the part of the process where you see the progress before your very eyes. We keep our customers updated on every major development and every part of the process.
Step 5: Close
We’ll make this part of the process simple as well. We have the resources to help you get the best mortgage rates possible and our team is incredibly detail oriented.
