Step 2: Designs

Every great house begins with great plans. If you don’t have your own, we have a wide array of floor plans to review and work from. Some of our customers find plans that they fall in lover with which is great, but other people use these plans to work from and design off of. We can bring in architects if necessary.

Step 3: Site Review

Building a great home means positioning it properly on the lot. To do this, we will meet with you and walk the lot to help make informed decisions on the placement of the house.

Step 4: Construction

This is the part of the process where you see the progress before your very eyes. We keep our customers updated on every major development and every part of the process.

Step 5: Close

We’ll make this part of the process simple as well. We have the resources to help you get the best mortgage rates possible and our team is incredibly detail oriented.
